What form of payment is accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Once you purchase the art, you will receive a confirmation email from aleea@aleeaartstudio.com. Check your spam folder if you did not receive it.
Can I visit your studio?
Yes you can! Please email me to schedule an appointment. I would be happy to show you around my studio where you can view my full collection in person. Please email me at aleea@aleeaartstudio.com and include your phone number to schedule an appointment.
Can I Commission You To Do A Custom Painting?
Absolutely! I love to work with art lovers and interior designers with a customized painting. Nothing makes me happier than seeing that I’ve exceeded my client’s expectations for a special painting that enriches their lives and enlivens their home!

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all original paintings within the U.S.
How will my painting be packaged and how is it shipped?
Your painting is carefully wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap to ensure protection. Paintings are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we ship within the contiguous United States.
How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
Your painting(s) will be packaged within 5-7 business days of payment. The package is then picked up by UPS or FedEx where the time it takes to deliver will vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number on the day your art is picked up from my studio.
What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We have never experienced damage during shipping (knock on wood), however if you would like to add insurance protection to your package, please contact me prior to shipping. If a package is damaged during transit, please contact UPS or FedEx directly to file a claim.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final except for our VIP subscribers. We are happy to accept exchanges by our VIPs with a painting equal in size or greater (with price adjusted) within 3 days of receiving your piece. Explanation must be written in an email to aleea@aleeaartstudio.com
You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, plus a 3% restocking fee.
*Due to the nature of photography and the differences in computer screens, colors may very slightly from real life. We try very hard to capture the true characteristics of artworks, and either we are dead on with the colors, or my collectors are overjoyed with their new painting and say the photos didn't do it justice!
